We want you to love every piece from Aethera Active. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. Returns are free for all UK customers.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any marks

We are unable to accept returns on items that do not meet the above conditions. Hygiene items such as briefs and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@aetheraactive.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label within 1–2 working days
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it at your nearest Royal Mail post office
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days

We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@aetheraactive.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this for you as a priority at no additional cost.

International Returns

For international orders, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we are unable to process refunds for items lost in transit.
