We want your Aethera Active order to reach you as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Aethera Active.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your order at royalmail.com.
Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of your order being placed. During busy periods such as new collection launches or sales, this may extend to 3 working days. We will always keep you informed.
Pre-Orders
If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
